Tony D’Amico, Vice President of Equipment Administration and Service
As Vice President of Equipment Administration and Service, Tony D’Amico utilizes his engineering and business management background to help ensure proper procedures and controls are in place, as well as evaluate the technical and operational variations between beverage equipment and then share that expertise with S&D customers.
After beginning his career with Exxon, D’Amico transitioned to the restaurant industry, managing several Taco Bell markets as part of PepsiCo’s former fast food division. Afterwards he joined Dunkin’ Brands where he held a number of field operations and corporate roles in his 15 years with the company, including a national leadership position tasked with reinvigorating Dunkin’s coffee business.
At S&D, D’Amico heads the equipment and service administration department which carries out a number of daily functions, including equipment procurement and sales, third party service dispatching, parts and equipment receiving, warehousing and shipping, equipment refurbishment, technical support, and business analysis and reporting.
D’Amico and his team work with manufacturers to develop new and unique equipment solutions based on emerging business trends and segments that S&D is looking to enter.
In his time with S&D, he has worked to increase the equipment department’s level of expertise, profitability and customer support within the company’s business model.
