S&D’s Buckner to present on cold brew consumer behavior at Restaurant Leadership 2017
CONCORD, N.C. – John Buckner, vice president of marketing for S&D Coffee & Tea, will lead an Innovation Forum breakout session at the upcoming Restaurant Leadership Conference, to be held April 9-12 in Phoenix.
In Buckner’s educational session, “Cold Brew Coffee: Why is it ‘Hot’?,” attendees will learn more about the cold brew trend and the motivations, attitudes and behaviors of cold brew coffee consumers. Guests will also be able to sample S&D’s recently launched TODDY® Cold Brew Coffee Black Label Concentrate.
“Because of its dynamic growth in the foodservice space, restauranteurs are interested in understanding cold brew and how it can drive their beverage business,” said Buckner. “This Restaurant Leadership session will highlight the unique benefits of cold brew and how chains can position it successfully ― with key takeaways rooted in our proprietary consumer research study.”
Buckner’s session will be Tuesday, April 11 from 8:00-8:45 a.m. MST. In addition to Buckner representing the company as a presenter, S&D Coffee & Tea has been a Restaurant Leadership sponsor for more than 11 years and is the exclusive coffee and iced tea provider for this year’s event.
