Key Initiatives and Projects

  • Leads optimization projects for green coffee and tea, such as developing training platforms, quality systems and a global supply network
  • Assisting in the development of S&D’s tea sustainability program and helps to manage its key initiatives related to sourcing
  • Works to strengthen the supply chain through a focus on quality, consistency and flexibility

As Sourcing and Quality Manager, Global Green Coffee and Tea, Bonnie Hall implements standards throughout S&D’s sourcing process, understanding the critical role raw material quality plays in the company’s coffee and tea production.

Hall began her career as part of a commodities quality group for the largest U.S. based coffee manufacturer, managing specifications, project initiatives, process improvement, and supply qualification. She builds on that experience, as well as her certification as a Stanford Advanced Project Manager, in her role at S&D where she supports cross-functional coffee and tea initiatives, including the development of quality systems and supply networks.

Within the tea supply chain, her role affords her the opportunity to interact directly with producers and build relationships at origin in Argentina, a key tea-producing region for S&D. Hall is part of the team working to confront origin-level challenges with emphasis on strong supply chains, vendor strategy, and business continuity.
