At S&D, our priority is and remains the safety of our customers, employees, suppliers and communities.  As we continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) around the world, S&D is exercising additional caution in our work environment and beyond.  In particular,

  • While we pride ourselves in having clean manufacturing facilities and offices, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and added even more rigorous practices.
  • We are working with our vendor partners to ensure an ample and stable supply chain.  We have multi-level redundancy in our agreements with contingency manufacturers.  Additionally, we have our own staff of professional over the road drivers and relationships with multiple contract carriers to transport products directly to you.
  • We are focused on keeping our employees safe, too. We have educated all S&D staff on actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including proper handwashing and sanitizing practices and social distancing, and have encouraged associates who are sick to stay home until they are well.  Additionally, we have issued travel restrictions for all of our associates and are restricting visits from individuals outside our company into our facilities.

At the core of what we do is our commitment to providing the best quality and service to our customers. This is a constantly changing situation and one we are continuing to follow closely as we implement guidance from local, state, and national health authorities including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Be assured we are working very hard to continue serving you at the highest level.
