S&D Coffee & Tea’s Griffith participating in breakfast panel at MUFSO 2017
CONCORD, N.C. – Helen Griffith, director of marketing for S&D Coffee & Tea, will participate in a panel at the upcoming Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators Conference (MUFSO), to be held October 1-3 in Dallas.
The session, “What’s Next for Breakfast?”, will review data on how breakfast meals and positioning is resonating with today’s consumer. The panel will also look at success stories with breakfast and brunch programs, including menu rollout logistics, effective marketing strategies, all-day breakfast moves and the continued rise of specialized breakfast and brunch chains.
On the panel, Griffith will be joined by David Birzon, CEO of Snooze Eatery; Johan Engman, founder & owner of Rise & Shine Restaurant Group; and Sharon Lykins, senior director, product innovation for Denny’s. The session will be moderated by Bret Thorn, senior food editor with Nation’s Restaurant News.
