Blueberry Citrus Cheese Tea

A fluffy cloud of whipped cream cheese atop a delicious blueberry citrus iced tea.

In stand mixer, whip cream cheese until creamy and fluffy. Add in salt and sugar. Scrape down sides and add in heavy cream and whip on medium until well incorporated. Add in hot water until desired consistency is achieved. Keep chilled in bowl until ready to use.

Blueberry Citrus Tea:

4 oz. Blueberry Citrus Tea (1/2 batch strength with 1 lb. sugar)


Pour tea in cup over ice. Ladle whipped cheese topping over iced tea, sprinkled with Himalayan salt.


Citrus Cream Whip:
16 oz. cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1/16 tsp. Himalayan salt
8 Tbsp. granulated sugar
8 oz. heavy cream
4 oz. hot water
