Chocolate Lychee Coffee Frappé

A classic chocolate beverage with a fruity twist.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES

Melt chocolate, sugar and salt in 1/4 cup milk and stir to blend. In a blender, combine chocolate blend, remaining milk, juice, coffee, and ice. Puree until frothy and ice is pulverized. Serve in a tall glass with a straw. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate to garnish.

1 tbsp. S&D Espresso Coffee Extract
3/4 cup lychee juice
1/2 cup milk
1 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups ice
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
