Mexican Coffee Wings

A unique way to use coffee extracts on an American favorite.

Place all ingredients, except wings, in a blender and purée until smooth.  Pour over wings and marinate at room temperature for 45 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Bake in 400° pre-heated oven for 3-45 minutes, flipping once.


1 tsp. S&D coffee extract

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 large garlic clove, minced

1 tsp. kosher salt

2 tsp. cider vinegar
